Ravenous
I can’t wuite remember the blood types now exactly right, but this is one example. The most common blood type in Ireland, lets say O Neg, these people should never eat dairy products, of ANY sort. Goats milk and cheese is good, but not cows. It helps us with our high cholestoral levels, our high asthma levels etc etc.

My Doc is an alternative type, medically qualified and all that, but has also done accupuncture and studied in China. He’s over the years told me 2 things that stand out, 1. Asthma doesn’t really exist. I was told i had asthma by my first doctor, he then told me i didn’t have it, took me off inhalers, stopped me drinking whole milk and it was gone in a month, never troubled again.
2. Was that this thing about us throwing too much salt on our dinners etc, he says its all bollix, we generally don’t take in enough salt, and that the only heart your hurting when lashing salt on your dinner is the sensitives cook who thinks your ruining his/her food.
I can tolerate a lot of alternative stuff because usually it doesn’t cause you any harm but salt is fucking lethal for your blood pressure and your heart FACT
I don’t think your doctor knows the score

I think Kev’s doctor is one of those who tell’s you to find cures by “go find a willy” or “have a few drinks”.

i have to admit it does seem a little far fetched but id love kev to get more info from him & tell us what the train of thought is behind it

Oh ya, the other thing was dairy products were directly linked to sinus problems.
The Doc used to say that those Milk and cheese ads for kids on tv used to make him cringe all the time

I will, i’m due in with him after my holidays. It was actually me that rbought it up, i was worried a few years ago that i was eating too much of it. He told me i was talking bollix.

Who says its fact by the way WBY? The government, western medicine? Who? I genuinely don’t know. I personally have huge suspicion about our trust in da “local GP”.

I’m not an expert obviously, i only passing on what i heard. As someone who studied physical fitness and is a coach i have found, that for everything your told works by one side, your told is a crock of shit by someone else. The Aussies and Yanks are masters of it with Athletic performance. Eventually they all end up with the same thing…a swiss ball.

5 butcher sausages, 3 clon black pudding, 3 white pudding, 2 rashers, fried spud left over from yesterday, beans, 2 slices of brown bread, tea and a fag. And the racing post for the afternoons entertainment

Just after making short work of a hot chicken roll with cheese, lettuce and mayonaise…

Was the baguette burnt?

Let it go…

Christ almighty. It would take me two days to eat all that.

The Mills crowd are a different breed runty…

I’m jealous as fuck. I’d kill for a fry.

The dinner will be ready soon!!! Can’t go drinking on an empty stomach:thumbsup:

Boiled spuds (jackets left on), a carrot and a pork chop for me. Bit of cream cheese on top. Not too bad and I’m nicely set up for a day’s boozing.

Just had a roll with ham, grated cheese and lettuce.

Picked up a pack of around 12 chicken wings in Superquinn earlier on for only 1.49 and I’m currently thinking about how to cook them. Don’t have any marinades and they need to be used today.

1/4 pounder with cheese meal from rio’s on parnell st… Limerick truly does have the best chippers in Eire.

occasional poster p_s just picture messaged me a picture of a pizza. I am now in a pizza mood.

After the guts of 3hours between preparation and slow cooking it, just after scoffing a huge beef stew. Nothing fancy just carrots, turnip, onions, beef and spuds in it, but I threw a heap of cayenne pepper into the gravy it was cooking in to give it a good kick.
Absoloutely swelled now, too lazy to even go beerin.
