Ravenous

I’m after cooking two massive whoppers of homemade burgers. Mixed up a bowl of mince, an egg, mixed herbs red onion and pinch of salt. Mashed spuds and beans and a side of relish to go with them then. Wedged now but the pancakes are going on soon.

No need for all that other crap in homemade burgers, simply;

Chop onion…fry…
Add to mince
Make into burgers
Fridge for 30 mins
Then cook…

Boom.

Bland.

YEP you would want a dash of tobasco and worcestershire sauce, a couble of cloves of garlic and a spoon of tomatoe sauce

Dijon mustard mixed into mix is lovely too, I would normally put a broken cream cracker in a well, really ground down fine, for binding. Works v well

Cream crackers are class in them. I didn’t have anything like that to hand. It was a bit of a thrown together last minute job with what I had.

I like Dijon mistard too or even whole grain in them too, I’d never have cream crakers in the house and use a slice of toast to bind em but I’m going to buy a pack tomorrow

Just after the balti, christ it was tough going i had it filled with tomatoes and onions etc as well.

A disappointing post a real let down for the day thats in it

I’m having pancakes later if that’s what you mean…

it is and I’m gald to hear it too

Have you ever tried madras? I had it last night for the first time. Decent enough although tbh all those Indian sauces taste the same to me.

Never tried it but am happy enough with balti.

Did someone sit on that bandage?

Are you on a diet Bandage?

A fine looking effort.
My first 7 attempts ended up in the bin, eventually got something similar to a pancake.

Jugs made 14 pancakes and stacked them up on a plate. Clarkey ate 5, I ate 4 and Jugs ate 3.

Well done Jugs.

what happened the other 2?

Left over and thrown out.
