Christ lads thats not pizza. You’re eating a glorified loaf of bread.
I know its not as good as proper Italian pizza but thats hard to get outside of the pale.
I agree, awful tripe.
If you want good, real pizza, go to Italy, America or make it yourself.
Milano’s is reasonably close to what you should be getting, but is still a little off for me.

Yes I know take-away pizza is a pale comparison to the real thing but in fairness Kev I’m not going to get on a flight to Italy or the US every time I want a pizza. As for making it myself, pizza or any other take-away is usually the option on a Friday night when we’re too tired to cook.
I was talking ideally there Han.
Thats fair enough, but you are just eating puffed up dough, which will add to the tiredness, upset your sleep and is generally shit for you, prolonging your recovery from a hard weeks work. If at all possible get the take out from Milanos, its worth the extra 3 or 4 euro. If thats possible of course, i get the impression your in Limerick.

From Limerick but not city and no longer living there anyway do Milanos not an option. There was a decent Italian restaurant where I live and the pizza was excellent, thin base, fantastic tomato sauce etc but it didn’t deliver and sadly has now fallen victim to the reccession. Tbh we wouldn’t eat pizza that often, would prefer chinese or indian but have tried to cut out take-aways altogether as they’re too expensive compared to cooking at home and generally nowhere near as good. Its down to once every six weeks/two months now.
Any decent Italian restaurant will have proper pizza
La Regazzi in the square?
I’m assuming thats in NCW. Wasn’t that town I was referring to RTT. Living the other side of the Shannon now. Was it any good? Is there any decent restaurants in that town? The Mallard still going or was it washed away a few years ago?
Dunno if the Mallard has opened again after the flooding, the Italian in the square is very nice and they do very nice take-away Pizza.
Just enjoying a fantastic Jal Frezi while watching the match.
Nice and hot, but not too hot. Just right.
I fly to Italy whenever I want a pizza.
Gonna order in food but can’t decide what to get.
Quickly someone reply with a, b or c.
I have it down to three things and have assigned letters to the options.
I fully expect someone to reply with “a, b or c”
c…what do i win
The knowledge that you have helped a fellow member make a benign decision.
