Just made my own soup for the first time there. Carrot, parsnip, garlic, onion, spinach, chicken stock, some seasoning, including a bit of ginger and a suggestion from the spice mill, with a slice of feta crumbled and stirred in to give it a little bit of creaminess. Total cost of probably less than a euro per portion and I have to say, it’s every bit as nice as Cully and fucking Sully’s which retails for €2.70 in your local convenience store.
