Somebody on here recommended the Maris Piper potato a few weeks back. Since then I have used them on a couple of occassions to make the most exquisite ovens chips/wedges. Kudos.

A mustard mash
Carrot and Parsnip mash with shallot and a little bit of chilli through it.

Fit to burst. Have a bag of dry roasted nuts up in the press then for later.

Just in the door from work, warped with the hunger, two ham and cheese sambos are being fired onto the foreman grill as I write this, can’t wait.
