Where are you getting all the salmon? You must have a guy in the fishing industry bringing it in fresh straight off the boat for you?

I get in the fishmongers, 4 fillets for a tenner, I buy bag fulls of it, its the finest food known to man if you ask me

I’d be a fan of it myself, great fish. If i’d to pick one of fish, chicken, beef, pork etc to eat and had to give up the rest it would be fish. Sea bass is lovely stuff. Of the cheaper stuff i like cod, have you ever tried cod?

not gone on it really, i get a bit the odd time for a change, I find it a bit bland, Bass and lemon sole are lovely

its only fair I share my secret herb encrusted ingredients for you lads to try out

1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of cajun spice
half a tea spoon of freshly ground pepper

mix together and coat both sides of a fillet, then fry on a pan with no oil for 4 minutes each side, no more, no less, let it sit for a minute then

it will change the way you look at food and impact you life in ways you never thought possible

Have ye ever had sauerkraut lads and what’s the opinion? I bought a jar a few weeks ago as had a hankering for it. It’s lovely with some pork sausages or anything pork really but i don’t eat enough pork. But i think it’s something you eat once in a blue moon, there’s no way i’ll finish the jar. I think i’ve went for it twice since buying it a few weeks ago.

Fried egg, fried chorizo, mashed avocado, lime and coriander on 2 slices of wholewheat toast topped with grated cheddar washed down with cup of piping hot filtered coffee.

It’s match day kid. Why don’t you treat yourself to a proper breakfast.

Wholewheat pasta, roasted 1 aubergine, 1 ref onion and 1 pepper, two chicken breasts, handful of cherry tomatoes, with pesto and half a tub of cream cheese.

That’s a very small meal for you, pal unless it was 500g of pasta. Everything ok?

About 200g maybe mate. I thought it was a fine big meal but now you have me concerned.

That’s 3 times the amount of pasta I would have the odd time I allow myself have it.
