Sometimes I marvel at how far you have come.
A ham and cheese cuisine de france roll cut into two and a Cadbury roll was your tea time staple, off then for a wank in your flatmates room before you would report it all here.

I’d say the mental clarity is only beginning to kick in now. What are the top 3 effects your noticing?

We’ve had veggie meals for the past week and it’s really helping with the winter blues. Had a Sri Lankan veg curry tonight - all freshly ground spices, with peppers, chillis, spinach, ginger, tumeric, brocolli, onion, aubergines, and so on. I’ll walk away from some shite tomorrow!

nothing yet, I’d say it will take a week for the animal chemicals to leave my body

It looks quite watery (and green) but it was actually pretty tasty. I’m not deterred though - this is only the start of my journey and I doubt the first few meals Donal Skehan cooked were gourmet standard.

Are you taking any detox herbs? These bad boys will have you flushed clean in days.

Very commendable pal. I’d give that a resounding ‘like’, but @Rocko has me all paranoid now. The bastard. Anyway, you can’t bate cooking a nice bit of grub for yourself.

@Bandage, looks like you might have used breast meat for the casserole?
Next time you’d be far better off using something like thighs, they are much more suited to the longer cooking time.
Some places you can get them skinned and boned if you don’t fancy them on the bone,
