Was out in the car there earlier delivering shopping to a cocooner and I pass this lad on one of these bikes that has a hatch for a child in the front and the child in it and two shopping bags on the back and he texting away on the phone.

if you sinned against him, expect a lot of hassle for the next few days
He lives in d13 and cycles one of those bikes
No hassle at all. Give him a big wide berth. Thought it was very irresponsible to have a kid in the cockpit and to be texting.
Maybe he was texting the kid to make sure he was comfortable.
