What’s the lowest ever turn out for a referendum? Surely one on European patents will go close to the record.
Actually just checked and it was 28.6% in 1979 for adoption rights and university representation in the Seanad. That’ll surely go down in flames.
It’ll be held in conjunction with the locals and Europeans so will probably get a decent turnout.

Yeah, honestly im not 100% versed in world wide but if it speeds up the process Europe wide in a central authority makes sense then is easier world wide.
