I agree with the point of your post though. He is a member of Animal Collective as well who had an album a few years back that was everywhere.
No idea of the make up of Panda Bear - never liked Animal Collective or their ilk - but I’ve seen him/them mentioned constantly on music forums over the past five plus years.
His album is like 50% great, 50% fucking horrible.
@Raymond Crotty said that an Animal Collective gig he was at in Barcelona was absolutely terrible.
Another mate of mine said that an Animal Collective gig he was at in Vicar Street was absolutely superb.
