What the fuck kinda bog trotters are on this site? Boiled Rice my hole.
I like boiled myself but if pushed i have been known to eat fried rice.
I’m impressed with the steak results so far though.
If anything i would say it is the bog trotters who like the fried stuff, fucking horrendous stuff, boiled is far more suited to the more discerning palate
You’ve alot to learn about diet fella. Fried rice kills the whole point of eating rice at all. If i want to eat nice food that wouldn’t be the best for me i’ll go for crisps, roast potatoes, chips, chocolate or something. Fried nice is nothing but a good food fucked up with grease. Its like puring half a gallon of oil in the pan when heating up the nice crisp fresh veg. Its retarded.

If I’m cooking it at home I’ll have boiled rice because I will cook it how I like it but I generally find boiled rice from a take away is just one congealed lump of starch.

Its just they are so different, chalk and cheese, ying and yang, black and white. Its much more than just boiled or friend with rice. Most forms of potatoe will give you some goodness and energy. Fried rice will just flatten you.

Are they a con or do they really work, and is there a much of a difference between each of them and which is the best
First thing is watch your teeth, they are lethal for fucking up your teeth. They are obviously full of sugar, the bad types of sugar. Now if you drink them before training and during you will burn this sugar no problem, but drinking them out of training is a disaster, really good way to upset your body and create fat levels. They seem to help a little alright when used proerly.
Because of my teeth i’m almost totally gone back to water.
Thing is, if you drink enough water (3 or 4 pints a day, could be more if your over 6’) then you won’t need those isotonic drinks. If your piss is clear before training your in good nick, stick to water.

would normally drink about 8 pints of water a day, although i often get sick of it and often prefer the isotonic drinks, wouldn’t drink them aprt from after training or the gym…Would often just throw a bit of robinson’s in a bottle and fuck it in teh freezer for an hour before hand as well, seem to do the same thing
I drink a fair bit of Robinsons alright. Have a water cooler at home so it’s always nice and cold. Lovely tack.
