Are you all there?
Saw this article and came looking for this name; was not disappointed.
Tipp have a corner back in the minors called Fred Perry.
A very crisp hurler by all accounts.
A stylish hurler would you say?
And a jaye cilvinas in the subs?
Whatâs his background?
Heâll surely sponsor a set of snazzy polo shirts for the panel?
Mods?
A sweater.
Kildare had a fella hurling last night called Theo Frisby
Frisby is a Waterford city name.
Incidentally due to a copy and paste error by Leinster GAA that saw all the Laois subs listed to be the Dublin U20 subs, the stadium announcer in Cedral Park for Laois v Kildare last night announced that âFinnian Donohueâ of Kilmacud Crokes was coming on as a sub for Laois
A frisby would be a great name for a Dermo Connolly v Donegal style floater of a shot from distance.
And South KilkennyâŚ
I went to school with a Michael Frisby. His brother Ger was/is a Fianna FĂĄil Councillor for Slieverue County Kilkenny. Ber and Richard Frisby hurled for Mount Sion.
Their cousin Noel Frisby is the most prominent developer in Waterford and a sound skin.
I think the South Kilkenny Frisbys are city folk who moved across the river to try to civilise the natives but went native themselves.
I know this lads dad. Waterford man. Wouldnât be surprised if he posts on here tbh.
Frisbys in mullinavat
I knew I had seen that name somewhere before, ![]()
Youâd hear it thrown around down there
