It’s the main reason the prices in the shops have gone wild though. The main winner is the machinery dealer who is seeing a queue of farmers wanting to trade in their 150hp tractor for a 200hp newer model to bring in the round bales for fear the taxman would see any of the bigger mart prices.
Tis the big farmer who saw the good times coming and stretched himself who is cleaning up. Smaller fella died out when overheads crushed him during the bad times

Price for 400g of mince in Tesco is gone from 4.50 a couple of months ago to 6.50 now. I went into the butchers in Sandymount and the price for a kilo of mince was 24 euro. For round mince. Fucking crazy price.

It’s up but back an appreciable amount from the peak. The price of beef is up across the majority of the world.
Supply down and demand up. No easy way to increase supply in the short term and in fact quite a lot of potential breeding heifers have already entered the food chain.
Sure you couldn’t be seen dead in anything less than 200hp while stopping for a 99 at the shop.
There are plenty going cashing in and throwing the feet up after topping their pension up. Sort out succession before the fair deal becomes an issue…

9/10 cattle being exported currently as countries like the UK manage sustainability targets…they have signed a deal to buy beef from Uruguay however so price of beef likely to drop again here in next few months

Pal of mine went to bills broncos ($120) and bills ravens ($140) playoff games last January. He wasnt paying anywhere near $600 anyway.

Yeah the prices sounded crazy to me I guess different categories of tickets anyway but she said these weren’t premium or anything like it.

Yeah, i dont know her, or you, but I’d say thats just online tout priced tickets rather than regular prices you’d get if you had a season ticket or something. Detroit getting to the playoffs was a big deal so resale tickets were probably mental. But thats somewhat different than normal tickets. Anyway, i doubt you care that much, or that you’ll tell her some random online cunt said shes wrong.
