Like James McClean?

Kerosene price today in Derrylin 65c per litre
Pretty standard price nationwide 90-96c per litre.

20kilo bag smokeless coal today (Derrylin) €8.
Ditto in local Co-op €17.65 as of today.

There’s offers on “wine” in a shed at the back if you’re interested

Must be savage alcohol related chaos up there without the minimum pricing?

@Chancer makes his own.

The 405 must be due a new set of springs by now?

When is the A5 due for completion?

Complete it? Our politicians can’t even spell it

There’s plenty of chaos anyway - @Massey will concur with this.

May not all be related to minimum pricing issues….:cloud_with_snow:

My ‘local’ offie .

That and McGeoughs Fuels, which has a lovely walk in fridge

You’ll miss it kid.

A couple of things took me by surprise in the last few weeks.

A big bag of Cadbury mini eggs in Aldi. I’d have said €5 or €6 up until recently. €10.

The new Big Arch in McDonald’s, on its own €9.25.

Open fire :fire: can’t be bate

Actually I’ve been paying about 12 euros a day any time I’ve rented recently. Have left a car at Shannon now, but not really worth it at all. It’ll go up in the summer I’m assuming though when it’s busy. Just after lockdown ended I was quoted 1600 for three days out of knock.

Did similar the weekend just gone, car from Friday to Monday for £57. Was cheaper than paying for train journey. Got a free upgrade to a volvo xc40 then as well.
