Scotland picked up 7 points from the 87th minute onwards against Top 5 sides in their group. Ultimately it was the two points that Harry Kane stole off them in the 94th minute that cost them. The home draw against Lithuania (notwithstanding the late salvaging of a point) didn’t help either.
