I’ll be having a decent punt on Spain for the World Cup. They’re a much better team than France who seem to be rated higher. The Argies missed their chance in Brazil unfortunately although Messi will obviously improve them a lot

People should think back to this night when they’re wondering why Messi doesn’t look as good for Argentina in the World Cup. People talk about these great players they have but that’s basically their first choice midfield and defence tonight. Icardi, Aguero and Higuain are all really good players but you can realistically only play one of them as they’re all too similar. Dybala is also only good in the exact same position that Messi plays. They’re not a good team and did well to get to the final last time

Weak management. It’s the job of the manager to get your best players playing and happy and he is certainly one of their best players.
Although, to be fair, Nainggolan can’t waste time by keeping a ball in the corner quadrant in injury time as well as Fellaini can. Nobody can.
And Nainggolan promptly announces his retirement from international football.
That’s fucking stupid, Nainggolan is a very good footballer. And at least has a bit of bottle unlike some of the others.
