Road to Superbowl XLV

I honestly don’t know that Gman. How long ago was it?

In other news LT has signed for the Jets. :o

In further news the Browns signed Delhomme and traded Brady Quinn to the Broncos for Peyton Hillis and a conditional pick.

tackle here. some stuff. t’was in 2005.

that Brady Quinn move is a bit odd. have the browns signed Senaca Wallace? Surely they’d have been better staying with Quinn who’d they invested a lto with and certainly has potential. Hilis is an untested back. did well last year in his games, but I wouldnt be banking on him for a trade value.

Yeah so the Browns went from Anderson and Quinn to Wallace and Delhomme in the space fo a week or so.

very odd. would much rather what they had than a completely unproven QB in Wallace, he’s had enough games to make a mark now, and Delhomme is well past it. Browns are fooking shite anyway. feel sorry for Watson ending up there. and they have a complete arsehole coaching them too.

Tom Terrific puts his foot down

Tebow again. Too good to be true.

Tim Tebow’s latest visit to Florida Field looked like most of the others. He was cheered, revered and pulled in every direction.

This time, though, it wasn’t just screaming fans gushing over him.

The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner was the star attraction at the University of Florida’s pro day Wednesday, receiving rave reviews from NFL scouts, coaches and general managers after he unveiled his new, compact throwing motion.

The bulky left-hander threw dozens of passes to former teammates Riley Cooper, Aaron Hernandez and David Nelson during a 30-minute workout, spoke with several NFL executives and even found time to play catch with a kid who was confined to a wheelchair.

Joey Porter (cunt) has joined Arizona.

When the fuck did Jarvis Green join Denver and why did he drop the Ben and Ellis from the name???

Jarvis green (the defensive end formally of the New England Patriots) joined Denver a week or so ago.

Ben Jarvis Green Ellis (the running back of the New England Patriots) is still at Foxboro.

2 different players flano.

Magnificent!

I suppose I should have put a smiley face on that post to indicate I was taking the piss <_<

yeah yeah…

 :stuck_out_tongue:

anyways,

espn did a 30 for 30 thing, where they went thru 30 years or something of sporting memories. some good nfl related ones. link above is to torrents site with some of the videos on it. some more due to be released later on in the year about LA and another one I ant think of now. some interesting viewing and old footage.

Will definitely be downloading some of this gear later. I hope O.J. is on it somewhere.

Does anyone have any links to the The Americas Game: The Missing Rings episodes?

I signed up to them ages ago. I gave up downloading from them for some reason but can’t remember why.

Just going back to the best draft pick question. Joe Namath was 12th pick overall. But that’s not why he’s a legend. “I want to kiss you. I could care less about the team struggling”

Patriots signed Alge Crumpler yesterday. good pickup IMO. was a really good player in his day, and fair enough, he’s old enough now, but has good hands and was Vicks go to guy in Atlanta. He is a good run blocker too, so that should help things also.

Big Ben is up on another rape or some such allegation. even tho he was cleared of the last one, people are calling for his head because obviously 2 women making claims against him mean he is guilty. fooking stupid yanks, do they not realise there are grubby skanks out there trying to make easy money.

I saw that alright. Crumpler has impressive stats from his days in Atlanta. Last years were very poor but he was playing for the piss poor Redskins.

This Rothlisberger thing is strange. Tomlin sounds fairly concerned about the whole situation.
