Managed Albania, think he qualified them for the Euros.
Hasn’t had any real high profile stint in Serie A, few short spells at Torino, not sure if they were Serie A or B at the time and a short spell with Udinese where he was sacked.

Just look at what Northern Ireland achieved over the past 7-8 years with an extremely limited pool of players. The standard isn’t incredibly high in international football. The “we haven’t got the players” line irks me. We have the players to be on 6 points after 4 games. That’s par.
