Thought he was pretty good. Provided the veritable focal point, showed well for it, touch and lay offs were generally decent, got off a few efforts, got into goal scoring positions, unlucky with the VAR disallowed goal. You could tell he was desperate to score by the end. When the Celtic fans behind the goal held onto the ball at 0-3 after we’d earned a corner late on, he was off over the end line to the hoarding & berating them to give the ball back.
Yeah I liked him again. I think he holds it up well and he’s properly physical up there. Think it helps when Kyogo is on beside him but I wouldn’t have him as much below Giakoumakis, if at all.
