2-0 at half time. That wasn’t a very convincing performance though. Taking a bit of time to get used to the formation and Ross County have found a bit of room behind our wing backs. The back 3 looked a bit shaky early on but they’ve settled and Duffy is beginning to assert himself back there. Interesting to see him follow his man all the way up the pitch, not something he naturally does.
Think the midfield have been too quiet. Particularly with the early goal, we should be dominating possession and controlling the game but we’ve found it hard to play through their pressure. I think Brown has done well at breaking up their attacks. Ntcham has been busy but a bit sloppy. And McGregor too quiet. He should be dominating games like this but McGregor and Ntcham have found themselves wide behind the wing backs frequently in cover.
