Who is the reigning champion?

True that. The followers of minority sports like soccer, bog-snorkeling, rogbee and yachting will be apoplectic. It is what it is.

Not one rugby head in a World Cup year, probably shouldn’t be surprised.

Shane Lowry for me. Second Katie Taylor

Ah would you stop

Oh my days! Didn’t you travel to Wales to watch de oirish rugby team before?

Where is ruby Walsh ?

Up your hole, shove your thumb up there and see if you can root him out

Will Stephanie roche not win it again this year?

Again?

I thought she won it about six years running or something for a fluke?

That would seem unlikely

She never won it. @flattythehurdler is having a misogyny moment.

Ralph Keyes did win it however. In 1991, I think for kicking all the points in a rugby match.

Surely Ralph’s contribution to Cork Constitution’s winning of the inaugural All Ireland League in 1991 was a huge factor ??

I thought he played for Highfield?

Flatty has become a fully signed up member over the last while. I wonder what happened?
