Are there two Irish teams in a European semi? The only competition I can think of that Ireland were as successful in is the Eurovision.
Correct two Irish sides and two sides that have never won the competition, Llanelli Scarlets and Racing from Paris make up the last four. You get a variety and depth at the business end of the European Cup in rugby that you just don’t get in the soccer equivalent.
