Yeah, this morning is the start of the defence case.
The defence questions will be managed to death, they’ve spent the first few minutes going over his rugby career. Huge potential for a filleting in cross-examination though.
Can he be cross-examined by the prosecution?

Surprise move but there is a view juries need to hear from the accused to acquit. Has potential to go horribly wrong for him too.
