Did the witness say she saw his penis in her vagina? Is there any other possible explanation for what she saw? He could have been using his finger/fingers/hand as a pretend penis for example.

Another thing that’s all over the place is the defendants’ accounts of how the woman left the house.
Jackson claims he was downstairs pottering about as she left and she wasn’t distressed.
McIlroy claims he ran down the stairs to ask Harrison for a condom and when he came back she was calmly getting dressed and then left, with Jackson still in bed. It’s obvious he knew she was distressed but now denies it.
Harrison said he was on the stairs as the complainant came down with Jackson still in bed and doesn’t remember McIlroy coming to ask him for condoms. He told them she was hysterical but told police he didn’t notice anything out the ordinary with her.

What is time line of the alleged rape. I read she may have been in bedroom for 70 minutes. Olding seems to have been in and out in 5 or 10. Eye witness saw them at a certain time.
