So, does anyone think the judge has an opinion/made up her own mind?
She must do - she is human. But she is also trained I’m sure in being impartial and objective and indeed, following the law. It’s one thing to think they’re guilty in your own personal opinion and another to find someone guilty in court.
I think they’re all guilty in my own personal opinion bar maybe Olding in that he may have reasonable believed she was consenting at the time under the circumstances - but that doesn’t mean if I were on a jury I would find them all guilty.
Very significant
The judge’s directions seem a bit contradictory. If Jackson believes she was consenting then he must be found not guilty however it’s possible that the plaintiff froze. Jackson could believe that because she didn’t resist she was consenting. Too much doubt to convict you’d imagine. Olding and Jackson will be found not guilty, the other two guilty.
She told her mates in texts that she tried to resist but they were too strong. She either lies to police saying she didn’t (no bruises/marks of any struggle) or she lied to mates to save face.
What did she say when this was put to her in court?
Because I wanted justice and I don’t like lads going to jail for rape just because they are assholes.
And I was concerned the avalanche of cases would follow
Pussy
The defendants are the ones who have stated that the witness must have been mistaken in her account of events.
The police seemed aware of a conundrum regarding florence.
I don’t recall that it was put to her

We are back after lunch and the judge is going through count 5 which relates to Rory Harrison. This count is one of perverting the course of justice.

When asked by the prosecution if anything else happened in the bedroom, she replied: "Patrick Jackson pushed my knees apart, he literally tried to get his whole hand up me. He wouldn’t stop.
"I was trying to bend over to grab his wrist to weaken his grip. The more I bent over the more it hurt.
“I knew I was bleeding and stuff. He just wouldn’t stop.”

Jesus that’s some resisting for a frozen person
you didn’t have any facts but wanted justice?
I don’t think she said she was frozen for the entire time. When Jackson initially pushed as she alleges, she said she froze and couldn’t move. She then submitted, she said there was no point in fighting back so she complied for the most part.
Well I’m just querying TUM’s obvious contradiction.
I see your point. But there are aspects of her testimony which are difficult for both
Nobody has all the facts fella.
Now stump up or fuck off
