Rugby Players Rape Trial

When is d-day? Anytime between now and Friday?

Jackson 5 1/2 years
Olding 5 1/2 years
McIlroy 2 1/2 years
Harrison 1 year suspended.

I heard today from somebody who should know that they’ll all get off

Anytime.
Can’t see them serving a day. But then again…

Was it Kev?

Respect the etiquette of the forum and copy or quote the poster @caoimhaoin

I think you mean V-Day.

The doubting Thomases or Thomasinas of the Eleven Apostles will be persuaded of the truth, and nothing but the truth on Thursday, when the chaps will enjoy their last supper as free men.

It would be beautiful for there to be another Good Friday Agreement 20 years on.

Then the crucifiction of them in the media can begin.

The top three most read stories on the Irish Times website as of the time I write this post are all rape related.

Rape really is all anybody wants to talk about in 2018.

Harrison likely to go down if the lads do cm.

Did this actually happen or have you got the bolded words the wrong way around?

Are you suggesting I’m a simpleton who reads words in reverse? From what I recall, yes. Mind you it was tweets from a journalist sitting in court, I will have a look back…

@KOS1987 and @glenshane have gone into hiding

They should.

The judge is essentially after echoing an awful lot of what a few of us have been saying all along

I’m watching first dates :joy:

Ok Katie, relevance? Hopefully not a scenario similar to this case!

I’m entirely neutral, I’ve been swayed back and forth, I think I’m still neutral. I think the judge is slightly believing the defendants
