They have a 2nd tier and 3rd tier competition in Europe. Georgia win the 2nd Tier one regularly.


They should really do relegation/promotion between Tier 1 and Tier 2 but the “bigger” teams are terrified of having to go to Tblisi to play for their status. I’m sure the money men have a say too. Georgia have been blackguarded for years in this regard.

There is promotion/relegation from Tier 2 to Tier 3. Portugal recently were promoted at the expense of Germany.
