The yanks reckon that 70% of all Russian troops are out of fuel and food already.
One of the reasons it seemed improbable that Putin would invade even with the build up was that there were literally just bodies, they had none of the infastructure one would expect for an invasion. And it would seem now those reports were true, but Putin just said fuck it and went ahead anyway. Reports from captured Russians are that even the leaders (mid level ones I guess) had no idea they would invade, had no preparations done and no plan
