Lyudmila Narusova is the widow of Anatoly Sobchak who was Mayor of St. Petersburg in the 1990s and Putin’s mentor. She is the mother of Ksenia Sobchak, a celebrity and sort of fake opposition figure.
Anatoly Sobchak died in February 2000, supposedly from “natural causes”, but it seems likely he was poisoned. February 2000 seems particularly funny timing for that to happen. Can’t think who I would suspect.

If Putin faces his reckoning and the Russian system faces a reckoning, one wonders how the brainwashed will react. Either possible outcome will not be pretty, I think.
