The utter lack of self awareness here counts as squidgy spectacular. She has been a Unionist for decades, a factor not as significant as her being a hack scrabbling for a shilling. She is vulgar out, Ruthie.
Met her a couple of times. A right pain in person as well. Totally male orientated. Quite a twisted person, if you read her whodunnits, as I did, which are mainly a love letter to British toffery. You have to be fairly twisted to fall in with a rat like Seán O’Callaghan. He even looked liked a rodent – and I saw him in person.
