To secure the potential €100 million+ share option bonus package (approximately €111.2 million), Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary must satisfy two main conditions, one of which has already been met:
- Share Price Target (Met): Ryanair’s share price had to close above €21 for 28 consecutive days. This condition was met in late May 2025, with shares staying above this level through at least May 29, 2025.
