Captain Love did a good job in 2012 (albeit losing narrowly). There has been a few strange decisions and utterances from him over the last few weeks, the type of which you wouldn’t get from a truly skilled leader of men like Paul McGinley.

Indeed I’m a golf fanatic for the biennial Ryder Cup duels and the back nine of all 4 majors. I’m undecided about the prestige of the Olympics at the time of posting so, on average, you’re right. That makes me an avid fan for around 5 days per year on average and a cribber for the rest of it. I’m more of a Butch Harmon type than Monty though.

No surprise you don’t like golf. The likes of you generally wouldn’t be let inside a golf club. Apart from Rathbane GC which is a cattle track municipal course with boarded up windows set up to accommodate your kind that suprise surprise is loss making and funded by tax payers.
