Supposedly there’s a fund set up for Saudi players who transfer out of the Saudi Pro League. Saud Abdelhamid would be an example.
If he was getting 5 million a year in Saudi and now 1 million in Roma. He would get paid the 4 million of a difference out of this fund.
What’s the logic here? Do they want Saudi lads getting european exposure
