I know from experience that doing live interviews when representing your country at the highest level isn’t easy but this is ridiculous. Complementing the finish for a disallowed goal ffs sake

For years I was embarrassed to say I was an Irish supporter. That smash and grap in Cardiff for example. Kick and rush for 90 minutes but won with a lucky break. Thats not football as we found out a month later v Denmark. At the moment is not perfect but it’s enjoyable to watch and we try to play football to some extend. I have some friends who for the first time in years are watching Ireland. If you believe we must go back to dinosaurs like Trapatoni and O’Neill then i would question your knowledge of the game. I think most of the criticism is coming from lads who just go to major tournaments for the piss up and are pissed off they are missing their piss up.
