There was some nice football played at times and some decent performances but the difference was the couple if players with a bit of class that Serbia had. Itâs all well and good playing some nice football but we donât have the players to sustain it or score a lot of goals. 3-5-2 should keep us compact but time and again Serbia were getting time and space in the middle and cut through us. Fitness was clearly an issue tho also. We started both halves really well then faded ⊠Spock would be better off making us harder to score against and frustrating the life out of teams⊠It ainât pretty but he, and everyone else, are deluded if they think we can play our way to a tournament.
