I made a similar point in the January transfer window thread, Bandage. Heās not the player he was 2 years ago, heās gone backwards.
Agreed, I was typing out a similar post during the week to Totti when he suggested that one of the big English or Spanish sides should make a move for him if he is available for ā¬30 million but got side tracked at work, he looks to have lost the spark he had a couple of seasons previous and isnāt worth anything near that fee at the present time
I also recall Abate making a similar error to the one tonight against Inter that allowed Milito to score in the derby two years ago.
Amazing.
Sneijder replaces Milito. Ranieri is inviting pressure on, he shouldnāt do this.
Zlatan has showed some lovely touches tonight, him aside they really have lacked a spark. He has been central to nearly every chance they have created
Zanetti has been class. What a footballer.
El Sharaawy for Pato.
Few very close calls there for Milan, Cesar saving well for the first one.
That was a class interception from Zanetti.
Thiago Motta, canāt wait to see this guy kicking ass at Euro 2012. :guns:
Big three points for Inter
Inter will win this yet, they have a much stronger squad, Juventus donāt have the attack and Milan donāt have the depth. The blue and black momentum is building and will continue to do so. The title race is wide open now, if the likes of Roma and Napoli can put a run together they are still in with a shout, Juventus and Milan will continue to drop points.
Ranieiri has never lost a derby match in Italy as a manager - 9 wins and 4 draws.
Inter were well worth that win I thought. Milan lacked ideas when chasing the game. Agreed on the criticism of Pato - he had a great chance early on that he panicked with and did very little positive afterwards. Zanetti was pure class again.
