Should divisional teams be in all Ireland club championships?

Sure that’s unreal 3 out of 8 teams winning it is unreal particularly considering how good Crokes are.

That doesn’t make sense.

The Kerry Club Championship only has 8 clubs in it. Are you saying the World Cup should field amalgamation selects in it?

The Kerry Championship is bastardised.

No it’s not. It’s very poor.

You said they should let more teams into for no apparent reason. There’s a relaxation and promotion. You’ve a bizarre agenda. No county should have token senior clubs.

Limerick has 12 teams and has only had 3 teams represent it in Munster the last decade.

Are you advocating an arbitrary number of senior clubs per year?

There should be a lot more clubs in it. They should have actual clubs rather than makey up teams. They are deliberately holding back other clubs in order to protect the big sides.

They should also be barred from fielding clubs at intermediate and junior level in AI series.

Tyrone have 16 that is ridiculous  the standard must be dogshit

That shows a complete failure of a competitive club championship.

The towns of Tralee and Killarney put many a town all over the country to shame. Several vibrant gaa clubs in both towns.

Austin Stacks, Kerins O Rahillys are both senior football, John Mitchels intermediate football but were historically senior, Na Gaeil circa 40 years old are rising up the ranks in recent years, 2 players on the Kerry senior team in the All Ireland Senior final and are now intermediate as well.

All 4 football clubs are within the urban boundary of the town and are vibrant. Tralee Parnells are a hurling only club within the town and making strides. Rural clubs like St Pats Blennerville, Ballymacelligot and Churchill run right up as far as the urban boundary.

In Killarney, Dr Crokes , Legion and Spa are inside the town boundary , 2 are senior and 1 intermediate. Other clubs like Fossa, Beaufort, Kilcummin are rural but pick players right in as far as the town. St Pats have a hurling only club to serve these areas.

No they are not. They have divisional sides because they’ve so many tiny villages. They smartly used these small villages to create strong club teams with an identity to take on the bigger towns. This benefits their county team. This is very strange from you.

There is no imbalance in Tyrone club football, it is competitive across the board.

The 17th best club in Tyrone beat the 9th best club in Kerry a few years back on the way to an AI intermediate title.

Kerry are not unique in having small rural clubs.

It’s not competitive and it’s a dog shit standard. Mickey Harte pulled players from playing with their clubs which highlights how much of a joke it is.

Which players did he pull?

Tyrone players play more club football than most other counties. The club league is taken very seriously in Tyrone and is linked to the Championship.

A Tyrone club has never won an all Ireland. How many senior clubs have they

No, nor should be UCC be allowed

7 different winners in 10 years. Consistent success at Ulster and AI level at intermediate and junior level. It’s a meritocracy, there’s not a huge pile between any of the club’s.

No but Kerry in their wisdom have pooled them together which benefits their county team. You seem to have taken issue with the fact Kerry have a well run club championship.

He hates Kerry, and Munster in general. There’s no point in arguing with him.
