Significant people's (not celebrities) deaths

The John Quinn character in McG’s book hardened us country gossòòns to man’s desire to reproduce. He advertised openly in Ireland’s Own and other publications for “Housekeeper wanted”. Elderly bachelor veterans watched arrivals keenly before attempting to establish their length of tenure. @Copper_pipe and his pals could have ran a book on the events.

Morrissey went mental about that article and refused to speak to the NME afterwards I believe.

But valid points were raised. ‘England for the English’ as he waves the Union Jack. Recent comments in support of Tommy Robinson and others shows that he was being anything but ironic back then.

Singer Mac Davis has passed away, best known for his song “Hard To Be Humble”. He also wrote several hits for Elvis, most notably “In The Ghetto” and “A Little Less Conversation”.

I do a great ‘in the ghetto’

Only referenced him yesterday when listening to Elvis. I thought he was long dead.
