Donā€™t think Stephen Keshiā€™s death a few days ago has been mentioned.

Nigeria captain at the World Cup in 1994 and manager in 2014. Also led Togo to the 2006 World Cup before being bizarrely replaced. Probably the most successful African manager of all time and one of only two men to win the African Nations Cup as both a player and a manager. Also the fifth member of that 1994 squad to die.
