Significant people's (not celebrities) deaths

Des was always on the look out for a bit of skirt(ing).

Where is he being waked?

Paddy Lalor, RIP. What a life - Member of Parliament, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, Minister for Industry and Commerce, Government Chief Whip, MEP and right corner forward on the last Laois team to play in an All Ireland Hurling Final in 1949.

Sadly also the last Laois team to win a Leinster Hurling.

RIP Paddy

Yea, corner back I think. A real stylist and lovely striker.

Lovely hurler also. RIP.

The Carpet Man.

I remember hearing he wouldn’t give-in to opening on Sundays. He’ll go straight to heaven.

Sad news on the way from a Kilkenny point of view :worried:

Cody?

Ducksie Walsh the handball player.

:open_mouth:

Well at least we know @Fran and @Piles_Hussain are safe and well

Why, what’s the story?

I heard he was ill in the Mater, I was hoping he’d rebound.

R.I.P. Ducksy.

Reading that he beat Eoin Kennedy in a national handball final two weeks ago???

He had a stroke last week but I’d heard he woke up on Sunday morning but they weren’t sure of the extent of the damage.

I just heard he was still in a coma.

Wtf is going on here?

@South_Limerick_Refer is at it again.
