The SF IRA bots are seething that the growth rate is moderating. It’s fascinating to watch them seethe at FG handling this crisis in a commendable way thus far.

Lads maybe there should be less of this Leo Leo Leo thing. I doubt the man would appreciate it himself.

Leo Leo.

The political point scoring is very crass in this time of unprecedented turmoil, particularly when the vast vast majority has joined together to defeat a common enemy. Please leave this carry on to the fundamentalist loopers (@Dziekanowski @anon7035031 et al).

In all seriousness Harris was never my favourite politician but he’s playing an absolute stormer these days

Slightly off topic. I’m no fan of FG and have never been. To me, they’re a party for neoliberalists and rich farmers, two categories I’d never fall into. I don’t vote for them.

I don’t think they’ve done well on day to day management of the country - housing, in particular, but also in terms of environment, health (although A&E figures might be more a case of a nation of hypochondriacs clogging up the system as we’re seeing), and limited protection for the most vulnerable in society.

However, where they seem (on the face of it) to do relatively well is in times of crisis - Brexit and now this. Now they might prove to be equally inept in relation to both of these issues when everything gets played, but their crisis management has been pretty good

With that in mind, If we were going to war or invaded in the morning (and no need for quips about the Blueshirt past, or equally of SF’s own military past), who would you want leading our government?

:open_mouth:

Michael O’Leary

We’re in a national crisis and he’s wasting our top doctor’s time with nonsense like this?

Simon has a lovely way about him. The common touch.
