My favourite Sinead original.

Many were the times, back in the 1990s, when I was living in England, a fierce big night got rounded off by listening to a video recording I found somewhere of her singing this one. It eventually wore out.

RIP. A genius.

I love this

Some talent. She lived a crazy life. Always trying to find some peace. Hopefully she has it now.

A sad day. RIP

There was something very Irish about Sinead.

Her accent predominantly with the flat t’s, the Catholic guilt, the rebel spirit.

Everyone feels her passing.

Late 80s & 90s, I worked in an accountancy practice in London. Paula Yates (my client), Delores Riordan and Sinead all clients. All with their own demons.
Shane McGowan was my client there too. He looks to be struggling now too.

Don’t hire you as an accountant seems to be the takeaway there

I see Dave Fanning got out of prison and was allowed on Channel 4 to speak a few words about her.

A brilliant brilliant song which is so underrated. That she wrote & produced that album so young is astonishing really.

God bless her.

May she rest in eternal peace.

Genuinely saddening news.

A truly world class musician and one who brought out the best in the musicians and producers she worked with.

May she find some ease at last

Said she ruined a great Prince tune?
