McCallion is a liability.
Be interesting to see who they put forward next time around. A lot of people chuck the MLA jobs not long after getting them, some even resign them for council seats so clearly itâs a very tough job for the pay associated with it.

Theyâve moved some decent ppl across to represent different partâs f Donegal etc including inishowen ( some ex long-term political prisoners old stock: johnny come latelys who did sweet fuck all during the war who really underperformed of late including McCallion and her drug dealing husband and extended family,
SDLD and independent ( dissident Gary Donnolly ( Donzo) etc made huge ground against the new SF,ppl without traditional SF /IRA backgrounds wonât ever gain ground in Derry and the NW.
Derry Strabane Donegal and parts of rural Tyrone are dissident hotbeds ,young ppl are veering towards them much like what happened to the provos when formed when official IRA just didnât cut it with young militant republicans,SF are dying a death in the Creggan,Bogside and Shantallow etc.
Working class young republicans have no truck with neo SF etc,they see armani politicals not grounded ordinary ppl.
Many of the senior SF officials have holiday homes in Donegal, Spain etc this doesnât go down well in high unemployment Creggan and Bogside

Derry was SDLP,then SF,now swinging away from SF again, unfortunately for SDLP ppl in working class areas ( under 35s)donât really have any affiliation with older middle class, middle of the road SDLP,atm SF is toxic on Foyleside

Theyâll do what they are told to do end of,SF doesnât wear any splits,N or S, even though theyâve lost near full cumainns n and s in recent years, serious hassle in Cork City and county up to 2 yrs ago, they are vvv good at sending ppl to Coventry, and character assassination,ps Iâve no affiliation whatsoever with SF

McCallion was only elected (by very small margin) ahead of the stoop candidate in the aftermath of MMcG death and the prevailing sympathy. She was and is useless
