Six Nations 2019

They’ve used The Prodigy as music over a number of stuff the last few days. There was a news item on something to do with a primary school and then some Prime Time segment about nurses or Brexit that had Prodigy music in the background.

Good first 10 minutes from Scotland but a Welsh try with their first possession of any note. 3-7 to Wales.

Who’s winning pal?

Wales 6-15 ahead at half time in about third gear. They should run out easy winners.

Any idea what the record for number of players to go off injured in a single game is Geoff? 45 minutes in and I think it’s 6 that have now gone off in this game?

Its nearly as attritional as the Man U v Liverpool match from the other week.

Scotland camped in the Welsh 22 for the last ten minutes and come away with nothing

Scotland try for Darcy Graham. Some great Presbyterian names in this Scotch squad. Russell misses the conversion.

That was a magnificent Scotch try. Very like Trevor Ringland’s “magic” one in the same corner in 1985.

Wales have been very poor since half time in a game they were completely in command of at half time.

One feels the Scotch have the bit between their teeth here. Wales’s Grand Slam very much under threat.

This Watson lad for the Scotch is bouncing off Joneses and Dafydds like there’s no tomorrow.

Hamish Watson is a terrific player. Scotland have really missed him.

Scotland pass up the three points to go to the corner, 70 gone, four in it.

There’s something right about hearing the Hastings name in the Scottish backline

The amount of basic errors by Scotland is off the scale .

That was an incredibly dumb penalty that Price the scrum half gave away for tackling Anscombe without the ball.

Wales’s winning mentality weathered the Scotch storm.

Gatty’s men are now on the cusp of an almost accidental but nonetheless very welcome Grand Slam.

Liam Williams will be a big loss for next week, mind.

Wales v Ireland at the finest rugby venue in the world, Cardiff Arms Park, will certainly be one to watch.

Those lads are hardy hardy bastards. Fair play to them. I thoroughly enjoyed that second half.
