Six Nations Rugby 2018

:joy: you must have mistaken me for a charity worker

To the best of my knowledge, Maoris and certainly Pacific Island-born players playing for New Zealand was a rare occurrence before the late 1980s/early 1990s.

They’re fair making up for it now

My advice if you need any tickets is to head up to Belfast’s Laganside courts complex next Friday. There may well be four spare ones being flogged quickly if proceedings progress as expected.

That would be very poor use of my time to fly home from England only to fly back over. Thanks for the suggestion

You place far too much emphasis on this World Cup competition that’s only been around since 1987.

Its an interesting juxtaposition for a Liverpool fan who wallows in the glorys only of events prior to 87

You appear to be neglecting the fact that England have always approached trips to Cardiff in “The Championship” with extreme trepidation.

I believe they went 24 years without a victory there from 1967 to 1991?

Bar the 1995 to 2003 period when Welsh rugby was at a historically low ebb(w vale), Wales have usually had their number there.

Edit: I almost forgot to mention that even in the middle of that barren period the Welsh famously denied England the Grand Slam at Wembley in the most dramatic circumstances.

A European Cup, a UEFA Cup, two league championships, four FA Cups and four League Cups is a decent enough haul for a club who ceased to win anything in 1987.

Sweeeeeep sweeeeeeep

It’s quite obviously yourself that is performing the “sweeeeeep sweeeeeeep”, pal.

Irish rugby people are generally quite good at that.

Well done to Ireland on winning the 3 nations

That was a very clinical performance.
Lots of room for improvement.
Some great talent coming through.

France and England have no luck with the populations of their country.

If only they had more people.

Facts that support the “fact” that Ireland has done an amazing job with rugby.

An example to all other organisations

No we should scrap the provincial system and the player welfare program to give the others a chance. Thank god we have such a small playing pool its easier manage it :+1:

Poor @Sidney, up all night thumping away the laptop. Seething because an Irish team were successful and won an international tournament.

Fascinating to watch as ever.

It’s bizarre that a fella would spend so long on something he supposedly doesn’t care for. The competitive advantage of munster being based in a city ffs sake.

Ya the french really fucked themselves when they moved all their clubs out to the sticks

The big “sweeeeeep sweeeeeeep” underway already from the hurt ones.

Supporters of the Irish rugby team tend to be very tender little things who object to facts, and so it is here.
