Swindon progress. They scored a couple of great goals but have been all over the place at the back.
That Swindon keeper produced a couple of outstanding saves at 5-3 and 5-4 that were hugely impressive but didn’t seem they’d be quite so important.

Fans on the pitch afterwards. Whole thing ruined for me now.
Dave will be pleased enough looking at next seasons EPL line up. Prior to last Thursday he only had one EPL team in a blue seat (albeit the champions) with Bournemouth to join them. However following the gain of Southampton Itchen and the retention of Watford (seen as a tight 3-way marginal but retained by the outgoing MP with aplomb) he’ll have a guaranteed four dogs in the race next year. And it could get better yet. After re-electing Ben Gummer in a much touted marginal, Ipswich could yet make it a five.
Boro v Brentford later on with the home side leading 2-1 from the first leg.
And then the big one tomorrow lunchtime as Big Mick McCarthy’s Ipswich make the short journey to Carrow Road to take on Norwich (1-1).
Bamford benched by Boro.

Pointless comment. It is.
That’s Kells to Croke Park. Would you say Meath have a short journey to Croke Park for the Leinster championship?
Your commute to work one way last year was more than twice that…

I wouldn’t call a 40 mile trip to work as a short trip either

Some Leeds related news.
Mad Max won’t be selling the club.
Gus Poyet among the favourites to be our next manager.
Murphy is a beast. He’ll force a mistake from the defenders that will lead to a goal at some stage.
Any signs of a break through yet for Big Micks Tractor Boys? I’ve just turned over.
Has Houlihan had much of an impact for Norwich? If he’s the player Dunphy says he is then he’ll be controlling this game.
Has it been a dirty/tough game? Is the ref about to start flashing cards?
