Garry Birtles is one of the most annoying co-commentators around. Repeating the same comments about the goal and earlier penalty decision at every single break in play. Another one who defaults to the “not sure why he did that” comments whenever someone makes a mistake.
Southend equalise in injury time. Remarkable scenes. Wycombe sat way too deep.

Looking forward to this, these play off finals normally throw up great games. I still remember Swindon’s epic game to win promotion in 1993.
Disappointing that the Irish government still hasn’t aligned its bank holidays with their mainland counterparts. I feel sorry for those who’ll miss today’s game for work reasons.
