We have a problem with Hamsik alright. Iād like to see Hourihane asked to track him. McCarthy needs to hold the centre and Hamsik isnāt playing far enough forward for McCarthy to pick him up. But we need to turn Hamsik back to his goal as often as we can - either through one player sitting on him or through a concerted effort to collectively manage him. Standing off him is madness.
If he had 1 player of a similar level with a kick of pace we would be in bother . The rest of his team not at his level
