I believe my whole family except a 3 year old Bandage stayed up until 1am to watch that Taylor-Davis conclusion. I see the late, great John Williams was referee for both of these finals with whispering Ted Lowe commentating in 1985. I remember wanting to phsyically beat Hendry when he beat White in that 1994 final when of course it was White’s fault he lost.
