Today’s females don’t care for their children, they are an accessory, too obsessed with posting photos of G&Ts and fanny measuring contests with their female colleagues.

I have a post here somewhere around the economics of running the creche. You need a lot of older kids to make it profitable because with babys you must have 1 carer to 3 babys.
So at 1100 a month for a baby that carer can only generate 3300 income for the creche which is fuck all. None of the creches would take babys if they had a choice.
V difficult to get staff too

Absolutely. Two incomes in a household paying for what one used to pay for, couples crippling themselves outbidding other couples for houses, half the women dosed on antidepressants and a generation of messed up youngsters getting held to the mat until they’re sufficiently woke.
Progress I suppose. That @glasagusban lad has a lot to answer for.

It’s very difficult to get child care in that part of Dublin. I have a relative in that creche. 12 months wait to move. Absolutely disgusting.
Lots of questions for Tusla to answer given her previous breaches. But she’s a despicable person. Motivated solely by greed. Moving her our out of the frontline is pointless if she’s still directing policy and cutting corners.

Yes. And there will be parents watching this tonight with little choice but to drop the kids off there tomorrow again.
My young fella is in a community run pre school facility. It is very well operated. Downside is there is limited flexibility around days at short notice etc, and the manager is very demanding of parents to participate in fund raising etc. Small price to pay really though.
Let’s be thankful TFK serves it’s purpose in releasing your hate.

Some places these days are simply not taking on babies due to the 1:3 ratio. They’ll only take them on from age 1 when the ratio relaxes to 1:5.
